Jamon Jamon's paella is famed for its delicious, authentic taste. The team stay true to their original recipes and claim 'no tricks, no fads, no food fusion... just fresh ingredients, a huge pan and a friendly crew'.
A 'hidden foodie gem' (BBC Good Food), Taste Tibet is the food of Yeshi Jampa. Born and brought up in rural Tibet, Yeshi learned to cook nomadic food outdoors at a young age. Taste Tibet, based in Oxford, cook the finest, freshest, most authentic Tibetan food this side of the Himalayas.

University friends Matteo Grasso and Lucca Ramzan followed their passion for food in setting up Sugo. Constantly in their London kitchen exploring new ideas, St Hugh's Ball will be welcoming the Sugo Truck to serve their celebrated arancini balls and bruschetta.
Four crêpe artists from MasterCrêpres will be joining us to serve up sweet crepes throughout the night.
Spain's favourite sweet snack, we're so excited to have churros from Los Churros Amigos on offer at St Hugh's Ball. Portions of three freshly made churros will be served with a chocolate dipping sauce.
