We are charitable

We're delighted to be taking part in the 'What's a Pound?' campaign, adding a £1 donation from each ticket sale to support two charities. The wonderful charities we'll be supporting, chosen by a vote put to St Hugh's JCR and MCR, are Homeless Oxfordshire and Teenage Cancer Trust.

We are sustainable

We are so pleased that we have partnered with Oxford Sustainability's SustainaBall campaign to help us minimise our environmental impact. We are looking forward to working with them in efforts to reduce emissions and plastic and food waste.

We are accessible and inclusive

We want everyone to be able to enjoy our Ball:

  • We will be a welcoming environment for everyone, acting in line with Oxford SU's Equality, Diversity and Non-Discrimination Policy.

  • We have met with a representative of the Oxford Students' Disability Community (OSDC) and are committed to providing accessibility information. Please contact us if you would like further information.

  • We are aiming to be more financially accessible by offering a reduced ticket price for those St Hugh's students in receipt of an Oxford Bursary.
